THE PSYCHIC SENSES – THE 6 C’S
The paranormal can easily become the normal. This is the place where no explanation exists. The rational, intellectual mind cannot solve this one. But trust in a universal force can. A trust that each and every one of us are overseen in detail to ensure we get the highest guidance for our divine life mission.
Those that pertain to psychic abilities will be referred to here and described clearer under the 6 C’s:
Clairvoyance. Clairaudience. Clairsentience. Claircognizance. Clairalience. Clairgustance.
Clear Seeing. Clear Hearing. Clear Feeling. Clear Knowing. Clear Smelling. Clear Tasting.
We receive messages continually from the inner realms, whether through our Guardian Angels, Spirit Guides, Angels, Archangels, Ascended Masters, God, Goddesses or whomever you communicate with. This happens to all of us. It is whether we notice that counts. The higher our vibration is, the easier it is for us to recognise and receive the message in a way we can understand. We can receive messages through any of these methods or all of them. Some people may use their dominant sense as we usually have a preferred method of learning where we receive information more easily. There is no reason why we cannot use all of them. Work on your weaker ones so this will heighten them. The more psychic senses we have the clearer things will become.
Once we have activated them we then have to know what to do with them. If you work as an intuitive where you receive messages for other people it is not just about receiving information and spilling out all you got. If you are open you will receive the information. It is knowing what to do with it. You have to be intuitive enough to know what can be shared and what your client is ready for. You can do more damage by telling someone something they are not ready to hear. It can be dangerous to bring the future into the present moment so exercise with caution. The soul only understands present time. The idea is not to show off all your gifts and talents in the one sitting but to decipher a clear picture of what is going on and instinctively know what you have to bring forward. This is why it is recommended to use all your psychic senses to help you with this process. The human soul is fragile so treat with the upmost care and respect. Remember our power lies in the present moment.
CLAIRVOYANCE – CLEAR SEEING
Vision – External or Internal. What you see with your inner sight. Activated brow chakra. Dream interpretation. Seeing spirit in the etheric. Interpreting auras and chakras. Sparks of light or orbs. Seeing symbolism and signs within the external world that have a message for you. Past, present or future visions through our minds eye or our third eye. Artists, photographers, clairvoyants, psychic surgery, mediums and designers. Visual people using their skill to bring forward their individual talents.
CLAIRAUDIENCE – CLEAR HEARING
When we hear something internally in our minds that has a message or meaning for us. Activated throat chakra communication. Deciphering internal and external communication. Receiving messages for others. Hearing something from the external world like hearing a song that has a message in it or answers a question at the time we need to hear it. Spirit talks to us. Our guides talk to us clairaudiently. Public speakers, musicians.
CLAIRSENTIENCE – CLEAR FEELING
Gut feelings. Feeling another’s pain. Solar plexus chakra and gut reaction. Empaths. Feeling shivers or goosebumps when we receive a message. The emotional body. Highly sensitive feeling individuals. Tuning in with our feelings and that of others. Feeling energy. Hands on healing. Healers, nurses, counsellors, care givers, therapists, medics, teachers. Feeling shifts in the air or temperature when spirit is present.
CLAIRCOGNIZANCE – CLEAR KNOWING
Download of information. You just know. High frequency energy. Crown chakra connection. Channeled energy or information that comes through you. Wise bringer of words, ideas, projects. Orators, authors. When we just know things about people without seeing them. Philosophers, professors, scientists, spiritual, mystic and religious activists. Highly intuitive. Emotional intelligence.
CLAIRALIENCE – CLEAR SMELLING
Scents that psychically and symbolically represent something. Smelling something with a message from spirit. A non-physical scent. Picking up on deceased peoples scents i.e. smoke, perfume, their favourite foods. The more you tune in the more you will recognise what the scents represent to you and what the message is. So a foul scent that only you can smell could represent a toxic person or situation to avoid. Or a beautiful or uplifting scent could represent something positive.
CLAIRGUSTANCE – CLEAR TASTING
Tasting something that is non-physical that is representative or symbolic of someone or something. Maybe a particular food that a deceased person used to eat or like may mean that a sprit has come through with a message for someone you may be communicating with. A toxic taste may mean a negative energy is near so we have to be aware. If you are a tuned in healer you will pick up on all of these senses during your healing sessions and will receive much information.
You may have one sense stronger than the other that you can recognise and work with. As you open up spiritually it is likely they will develop and open at a pace that is right for you.

Guided Visualisation
I have always used Guided Visualisations and found it to be such an important part of healing and general relaxation. I love to write guided imagery and run classes. I love the energy they bring and how you can see the light grow in people by their sparkling eyes following a guided visualisation class. The energy is so uplifting following a class, the room feels just like a reiki treatment. The space will be cleansed and prepared for our guide team of light beings to join us while we connect in a circle of light.
This is a beautiful way to open your Brow and Crown Charka. The more you use it, the more it will develop and the more you will start to understand the visions you receive and interpret them symbolically. An awakened brow chakra heightens your intuition. We have many psychic centres as tools of growth. So developing one will naturally develop the next one. So be proactive with your visualisations and trust it will be working on some level for your highest good. They are deeply healing and visualising white, golden and purple light are great all round soul healers.
