Learn to Meditate

ALIGN WITH YOUR INNER SOUL

Welcome to Autumn! A time to travel inwards with ourselves so we can access our inner wisdom. Understanding and working with the shadow side, feeling contemplation is representative of this time as the seasons change and is an important part of our soul to be discovered and brought to the light so nothing is to be feared at this time as the darker and colder nights approach..

Again as with all cycles, a good time to reflect on the previous cycle gone before as we approach this new cycle where our deep inner journeying will return. A time of rest and inner healing as we spend more time indoors with the darker and colder nights. Time to make a nest in your home and prepare for the coming winter months. Create a sacred space within your soul and your home.

Allow your energy to flow, change, adapt and grow as we move through every important stage of our life and also move through the seasons of life. We embrace change. We walk with grace. We move through challenges. We honour and fulfil our life purpose.

By accepting and moving through our own emotions that we encounter throughout our lives, this is symbolically represented by the seasons. So by tuning into the quarterly cycles we can connect deeper with ourselves and mother earth. These are traditional quarterly markings, combining many sacred principles to be honoured and adored.
