Crystal Benefits:
Crystals allow us to take an active part in our healing. We can pick them specific for our needs and use them as tools for transformation. It is lovely to hold crystals while meditating or contemplating and just absorb their energy. You will feel their pulse and heat. We can wear them, carry them in our bags, hold them or use them as room, home and work environment enhancers. Aligning crystals with our chakras will further amplify our personal healing and evolution. Crystals will open up the elemental and mineral kingdom to us in sacred ways.
